Rachel Downs has been a dog trainer and agility competitor since childhood. She is a many-time National agility champion and podium winner at multiple National events, including the US Open and Cynosport. She has been a UKI judge since 2019 and is well-known across the US for her flowing course design and her energetic, upbeat judging style. She will also be judging the UKI West Coast Cup in August, 2023.
